1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using this application (hereinafter "Freego App"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Service Definition

Freego App is a free service that provides the following features:

• Ingredient Management: Register, edit, delete, and view ingredients in refrigerator, freezer, and room temperature storage
• Shopping List: Create and manage purchase plans, automatically add to inventory when purchase is complete
• Expiration Date Notifications: Notify about ingredients approaching expiration at user-set times (local push notifications)
• Category Classification: Organize ingredients by categories such as fruits, vegetables, meat, etc.
• Achievements: App usage statistics and goal achievement features
• Customization: Personalization features such as emojis and memos

3. Service Usage Requirements

Requirements for using this app are as follows:

• Mobile device running iOS or Android operating system
• Meeting the minimum operating system version required by the app
• Push notification permission for notification features (optional)
• Sufficient storage space on the device

4. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with the following:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to compromise app security or reverse engineer the app
• Not copy, distribute, or modify the app without authorization
• Not interfere with normal app operations
• Be responsible for the accuracy of entered data

5. Data Backup and Loss

Important: This app stores all data only on your device.

• Cloud backup feature is not provided
• Users are responsible for backing up their own data
• Data may be permanently deleted in the following cases:
  • App deletion
  • Device reset
  • Operating system update errors
  • Device damage or loss
• The developer is not responsible for data loss

6. Service Provision and Changes

This app is provided "AS IS":

• Accuracy, stability, and completeness of the service are not guaranteed
• App features may be added, changed, or removed without prior notice
• Service may be temporarily suspended for technical issues, maintenance, etc.
• App service may be terminated without prior notice (efforts will be made to provide advance notice when possible)

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content of this app (design, icons, logos, source code, etc.) is protected by the developer's intellectual property rights. Users may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute all or part of the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app's source code
• Use the app's trademarks or logos without authorization
• Use app content for commercial purposes

8. Disclaimer

The developer is not liable for the following:

• Data Accuracy: Accuracy of information such as expiration dates entered by users
• Health Issues: Health problems caused by consuming spoiled food based on app notifications
• Data Loss: Data loss due to app deletion, device errors, etc.
• Device Compatibility: Compatibility issues with specific devices or operating system versions
• Indirect Damages: Indirect or incidental damages from use or inability to use the app
• Notification Failures: Failed notifications due to device settings, battery saving mode, etc.

Important: This app does not guarantee food safety. Expiration dates are for reference only, and users must check the actual condition of food themselves.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

This app is provided free of charge, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability
• No warranties of error-free or uninterrupted operation
• No warranties of operation on all devices and operating systems

10. Changes to Terms

The developer may modify these terms of service as necessary. Important changes will be announced through in-app notices or update notes. Changed terms become effective 7 days after announcement, and continued use of the app constitutes agreement to the changed terms.

11. Service Termination

Users can terminate service use at any time by:

• Deleting the app (removing the app from the device)
• Deleting data within the app

Upon service termination, all local data is deleted and cannot be recovered.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the developer's address.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid by applicable law, only that provision shall be invalid, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
